Pricing

Fixed scope. Written quotes. No retainers you forget about.

You pay for an outcome, not for hours that drift. After the free demo we put a number and a definition of "done" in writing — before any work starts. If the number changes, you approve it first. All prices in USD.

Honest scoping

What moves a quote up or down

How many systems we touch

One spreadsheet in, one dashboard out is the floor price. Each extra integration — your CRM, accounting tool, warehouse system — adds real work, so it adds to the quote. We list each one in the proposal so you can cut any you don't need.

How messy the data is

Clean, consistent records keep a project near its floor. Data spread across formats, duplicates, and "the column that means something different after 2023" takes cleanup time, and we quote that time up front instead of discovering it later on your invoice.

Compliance requirements

Healthcare and finance work often needs audit logs, access controls, and data-handling reviews. That's engineering, not paperwork, and it raises the quote. If a rule doesn't apply to you, you don't pay for it.

Where it has to run

Cloud deployment is the default and the cheapest. If your data can't leave the building, we deploy on your own servers — that adds setup and testing on hardware we don't control, so on-prem projects quote higher.

Questions

Straight answers on pricing

Why are the prices "from" instead of exact?

Because two "automate our reporting" projects are rarely the same project. The "from" price is the real floor for the simplest version of each tier. After the free demo, you get one exact number in writing. That number is fixed — it doesn't creep during the build.

What happens if scope changes mid-project?

We stop and re-quote before doing the new work. You get a short written change note — what's added, what it costs, what it does to the timeline — and nothing happens until you approve it. Staged delivery keeps these moments small: changes surface at stage reviews, not at the end.

Do you work with individuals, or only companies?

Individuals, yes — the Pilot tier exists partly for them. One of our longest-standing clients came to us as a single financial consultant with a spreadsheet nobody else would touch. We treated it like a real product and shipped it in two weeks. If your problem is one messy workflow, you don't need a company to hire us.

What are the payment terms?

Pilot: 50% to start, 50% at handover. Product build: paid in stages, each tied to a delivery you can see working. Ongoing partner: monthly in advance, cancel with a month's notice.

All invoices are in USD, payable by bank transfer or card. No deposit is ever taken before you've seen the written quote.

Get a number, not a maybe.

Thirty minutes on your workflow, then a written quote with a fixed scope. If it's not worth automating, we'll say so.
