    You show the task.

    Share your screen and do the job once, the slow way. That's the whole brief.

  2. Minute 5–20

    We build the equivalent.

    We walk through the closest automation from our library — or improvise one — adapted live to what you just showed us. You interrupt as often as you like; that's the useful part.

  3. Minute 20–30

    Scope and an honest estimate.

    What a real build costs, how long it takes, and whether it's worth doing at all. Sometimes the honest answer is a spreadsheet formula, and we'll say so.

Before you book

Three questions we get every week

Do I need to prepare anything?

Only the ability to show the task once — a screen share of you doing it is ideal. A sample file (with anything sensitive removed) makes the demo sharper, but screenshots or even a plain description work fine. No slides, no requirements document.

Is it really free?

Yes. The demo is how we win work: if what you see is useful, some people hire us, and that pays for everyone's session. There's no card on file, nothing that expires, and whatever we sketch on the call is yours to keep whether or not you go further.

What if my task is too weird?

Weird is the usual case — fax-to-spreadsheet pipelines, forms in three languages, a pricing sheet only one retiring employee understands. If we can't automate it, we'll say so on the call and tell you what we'd do instead. That answer is free too.
