HOLORAI has built software and AI systems for businesses and individuals since 2020. We measure ourselves on one thing: what's still running in production a year after handover.
The short version
Freelance fixes first, then a studio
HOLORAI started in 2020 as freelance automation work — one developer fixing order intake and reporting for shops and small trading firms. The projects kept coming back bigger, so we hired, wrote down how we work, and registered HOLORAI PVT LTD.
The through-line hasn't changed: most companies don't need more software. They need the right ten percent, built properly and wired into the systems they already run. That's the work we scope for — and why we turn down projects that are really a request for headcount.
Since 2023, a growing share of that ten percent has been AI — copilots, retrieval pipelines, document processing. Same discipline applies: small pilot, real data, expand only when the numbers say so. Today that's 40+ AI systems in production.

How we decide what to build
The pilot must earn the product
First versions are small and live within weeks. We expand on evidence from real use — not on the optimism baked into the plan.
Your data stays yours
Models get wired into your systems and read your data where it lives. Nothing is copied to our servers to make our job easier.
Docs or it didn't happen
Handover is a deliverable with its own line in the plan — docs, training, and a system your team can run without calling us. Not a favor.
